As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) healthcare organization, NEMTAC® develops and maintains national standards that promote safety, reliability, operational consistency, and high-quality service delivery across the NEMT ecosystem.

In addition to standards development and accreditation, NEMTAC® provides a comprehensive portfolio of NEMT-specific education and certification programs for drivers, dispatchers, supervisors, and organizational leaders. Earning NEMTAC® accreditation demonstrates that an organization meets or exceeds NEMT-specific national standards and is committed to continuous quality improvement, safe operations, and responsible service delivery.

The NEMTAC® name, abbreviation ("NEMTAC®"), NEMTAC® logo, Certified Transport Specialist®, CTS® logo, and NEMT Today® are all registered trademarks and intellectual property of the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Accreditation Commission® (NEMTAC®).

These trademarks may not be used, reproduced, modified, or displayed in any manner without the express written permission of NEMTAC®. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
